Should a direct debit fail for any reason, we may charge an admin fee of up to £30.00.
If you don't pay on time, we don't cancel your policy immediately. We like to give you the opportunity to correct this.
Don't wait too long as failure to pay will ultimately result in cancellation of your policy and you could be liable for further costs.
Upon cancellation, you will need to declare that you will destroy all copies of the Certificate of Motor Insurance relating to your policy within seven days.
This is in accordance with the Road Traffic Act 1988.
