  2. Complete the online claims form
  3. A member of our Claims Team will contact you within four working hours

Accident or incident

You can register your claim online, by phone or by email.

Please note that if you register your claim by email you should include:

  • Your date of birth
  • Your postcode
  • Your policy number (if applicable)

Breakdown cover

If you have an in-force swiftcover breakdown policy and your car breaks down please call our 24 hour hotline on 0800 107 7006. Please have the following information ready to give to our Rescue Controller, who will use this to validate your policy.

  1. Your return telephone number with area code.
  2. Your car registration.
  3. The precise location of your car (or as accurate as you are able in the circumstances).

Legal cover

If you have an in-force policy with legal cover you can register your claim by phone or by email.

Claims - Glass Claims

In the event you need to make a glass claim, please refer to the following information.

Our Glass line is operated 24/7 by our approved glass supplier AA Auto Windshields. Remember, if you use an unauthorised supplier the most we will pay is £100 towards a replacement or £50 towards a repair.
