Some changes can be made by phone without incurring an administration fee. You can avoid the cost and hassle of what could be a long call by making the changes online in My Swift Space - your personal online account. It's fast, and free of admin fees.
We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of up to £30 for changes or corrections we make for you. However, no admin fee applies if you call to make the following amendments:
- Adding or removing protected No Claims Discount
- Obtaining a green card for driving abroad (assuming you have added additional driving abroad cover)
- Changes to your bank details (e.g. sort code, account number or card details)
- Changes to your email address or contact number.
Changing your details could result in your insurance cost rising or going down. But, as there's no admin fees or call charge if you make the changes online, you save money by using My Swift Space.
Please remember to keep all your details up to date because your cover could be affected if anything isn't correct.
