Types of changes that are free when made by phone

Which changes can be made for free by telephone

There are some changes we will not charge an administrative fee for if you do so by telephone:
  1. Adding or removing protected No Claims Discount
  2. Obtaining a green card for driving abroad (assuming you have added additional driving abroad cover)
  3. Changes to your bank details (e.g. sort code, account number or card details)
  4. Changes to your email address or contact number.
