How we process refunds
You can claim your refund - unless you've made a claim
We will not refund your premium if there has been a claim on your policy.
If you cancel your policy within 14 days of setting it up, we'll refund your payment in full - minus a £25.00 admin charge. It's as if the policy has never been in force.
If you cancel more than 14 days after purchasing your policy, it's possible for you to claim your refund - providing there has not been a claim on your insurance.
Depending on when you bought your policy, you will either:
- be entitled to a refund of your premium subject to a pro-rata deduction based on the time you have been on cover. You may also be charged a £52.50 cancellation fee.
Or
- we will refund the unused part of your policy subject to the cancellation scale below.
Refunds will be credited to the payment method you provided, and can take up to 14 days to be processed.
